She immediately took the time to meet with us and showed us a property that was listed in her office. That was the beginning of a wonderful relationship. She put us on a drip campaign of the area we were interested in purchasing a second, vacation home. We have looked at several listings and finally decided on a specific condo complex in Carmel.     She was absolutely fantastic!! Her knowledge of the area and how the homes sell was amazing. I was selling our family home after my mom passed and dealing with difficult beneficiaries as well. She was kind, honest and compassionate helping me deal with them and the house. She had great ideas for what I could do so the house would sell for top dollar and it did!! She had connections with amazing handyman, painter, carpet cleaner, stagers, etc. It truly was an amazing experience and we ended up selling for $100,000 over asking price!
